“This is Gidget. I was walking with my nieces after Thanksgiving dinner six years ago, and spotted a wee Papillon running in the street.
“We managed to corner her in a doorway. I was wearing a big down jacket and I tucked her shivering little body in with me. That was it! Sold!”
“I brought her home and cleaned her up. She slept under the covers probably the first time in her life. The vet got her all fixed and dewormed and everything else.
“She was just a puppy. Having big dogs, I often wondered about little dog people…then I found Gidge. She has sweaters, a car seat, baby blanket, the whole thing. She is such a wonderful Thanksgiving gift! I’m so glad I found her.”
