Luna knew her days at the Walton County Animal Shelter were numbered. That’s why she’s so excited to be watching her mom getting ready to take her home!
Luna was found wandering on the streets of Florida and taken to Walton County Animal Services.
She was there 11 days when a woman came by and Luna caught her eye. Luna was let out of her kennel and right away perched on the chair next to the woman. The dog wagged her tail excitedly. She must have known the woman was filling in the paperwork to adopt her.
The shelter shared a video of Luna and said that Luna “stood like this the whole time her new mom was filling out her adoption papers.”
Luna looks so happy and ready to start the next chapter in her life! You’d almost think she wants to sign those papers herself!
