When Henry was found chained up in a tunnel, he was starving and covered in maggots. His fur was all yucky and he was under 30 pounds. He was in such bad shape his rescuers couldn’t tell what breed he was (Golden Retriever).
Rescued by Bunny’s Buddies it took a year in foster care before Henry was ready for a forever home. That’s when he met Lindsay and Brandon and his two doggy sisters.
Nowadays, Henry loves swimming and walks and looking at his own reflection. When he catches a glimpse of himself, it’s as if he can’t believe how far he’s come.
