Solo the Border Collie is busily practicing her herding skills with some adorable 2-week old ducklings! The ducklings are swimming in a kiddie pool and Solo is watching them intently. Her tail is wagging happily and follows her mom’s instruction to “lie down” and go “away to me” – two of the many commands sheepdogs learn in order to herd.
Solo is still learning the ins and outs but she does pretty well. And she has that great Collie concentration as she watches and guides the ducks in the kiddie pool.
