Elsa the German Shepherd was injured and alone when she got stuck in an industrial lot in Los Angeles. She was trapped without food or water, she was very dehydrated and starving.
Her foot was broken and she had an embedded collar at some point that had hurt her neck, but luckily for her, someone who knew Hope For Paws rescue videos called them for help.
