Hope For Paws received a call about a deaf dog living by the freeway and when they arrived they found him sleeping in a pile of vegetation waste. The senior Husky didn’t hear Eldad Hagar and JoAnn Wiltz approaching, but he didn’t protest as they slipped the snares around his neck.
Taking him to the vet, they discovered “Mr. Rogers” didn’t have any major health concerns, but had a bad ear infection. They later learned Mr. Rogers’ ear infection caused his hearing loss. But after treatment he could hear again!
